The Topps card of Johnny Oates, former player and manager, was signed during a Rochester Press-Radio Club dinner in Rochester, New York in the 1990's.
The COA is from Innovations Unlimited, whose representative obtained the autographed card directly from Johnny while in an elevator prior to the banquet. A COA hologram is on the back of the card.
The top of the acrylic snaptite was removed to prevent glare. The engraved plate with stats of Oates' career completes this remembrance of this beloved MLB manager.
